How do I start my return?
You can start your return by clicking on the link above to access the return portal. Returns will only be accepted through our online return portal.
What is your return & exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges must be delivered to our warehouse within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund, less shipping fees. Product must be new, unworn, and unwashed with original tags. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "Final Sale" goods. Swim is available for exchange only. Shipping fees vary and will be deducted from the refund amount.
What is your returns refund turn around time?
We try to process your return as fast as possible! Once it's been delivered to our warehouse it can take up to 14 days to process. Upon approval, your refund can take around 2-7 business days to reflect, depending on your banking partner.
How fast can I receive my exchange?
If a customer opts for instant exchange, the system will automatically trigger an exchange order. If a customer opts for automated exchange, the exchange will ship once the return is received and processed in the warehouse! Please allow 2-5 business days for your exchange to ship. The returned good must be delivered to our warehouse within 14 days of the delivery date.
